No sir, you're thinking of the 2015 season when Manning crapped his shoulder/arm out and the Denver D carried them to Superbowl victory against the Panthers.
Yup,my bad, that's when he kept clucking during post game about having a Bud. Fearless prolly has a poster of Peyton slugging them down

regarding the halftime show.............

this from a young lady that is a good friend of both of my daughters (about 30 years old)

it was so good! An amazing tribute to latin culture, brought me to tears especially in the midst of everything happening in our country right now
And you were somehow able to muzzle the pot stirring response?

yup, I try to take it easy on young women, especially friends of my daughters
seems they can easily take something the wrong way and think of you as a racist!
especially if they find out you voted for Trump

Why bother commenting at all?  Some folks really liked the show.  Some didn't.  That's true of pretty much anything and everything in life.

You've already said you didn't even watch it, you did other stuff instead, which is certainly fine.  But of course it means you don't have any basis for commentary.

Sam wasn't bad with raging subterranean misfits snapping at his heels damn near every play. He did well gettining sacked once and not throwing any picks. Hell Roethlisberger won the Super Bowl vs Seattle completing 9 of 21 passes for 123 yards and a passer rating of 22.6, winning 21-10. Despite throwing two interceptions, I'd take it
Sam played fine against that difficult D. Given that Maye was directly responsible for three turnovers and Darnold zero, he did what he needed to do. But he didn't play MVP-worthy.

It was KW3 [and the Seattle defense] who were the difference makers. I'm not sure that I was watching closely enough to determine whether there was an individual on the defense that was so above and beyond to get the MVP, but I wouldn't be against it. But absent that, the only offensive player on either squad who possibly could have been a legit MVP was KW3.

If there wasn't a connection by all means let them have it,they're not too concerned with any one else's feelings. And at 30 if they're spouting off then certainly open to a retaliatory quip, if of course they are in dire need of an atitude adjustment

Bollocks - pull it out of his backside like the rests of us - you and me included. How the hell can you get a good pissing match started during the off season, taking the high road,Junior? Specially with no more football for what'll seem like forever

Blech.  Arguing the merits of art, or even worse, politics, with youngsters, is fruitless and annoying.  No thanks.
