Facking BROWNS the only time I need the choads to stick to the script and lay an egg per usual they pull a rhino out of their ass by scoring 13 pts in the last 3:38 of the game. Andre Szmyt kicked a 55-yard field goal as time expired beating what we thought might be the best team in the League. The same steaming pile Andre Szmyt that missed a 25 yd field goal and an extra point in a 1pt loss to the Bengals in wk 1. So whats he do? Goes out and drills a 55 yrder with time expiring- what a turd in a punch bowl.

So we're out of the Survivior pool the 2nd yr in a row before week 6. Along with like 147 others Greg Cosell liked the Pack as did Mike Florio and Chris Sims, along with Michael Wiley and Eric Lee of Fantasy Football Consultants all had them a practically slam dunks. And after watching Browns melt down  repeatedly I thought so to - unbelievable

I didn't catch the game but the neighbor was down there and said the whole D-Line was blowing things up. Just goes to show sometimes something good comes out of Ann Arbor, of course seeing is believing ;D .It' just why don't the BROWNS do this sh*t to the Squeelers whom I like about as much as Wall St, Congress & the Crabs

Problem is they couldn't afford the keep the guys around him, if they were paying Stafford.

The Lions main issue was they actually put together a string of strong drafts just before the CBA that started slotting rookies.  I believe they went Calvin Johnson, Matthew Stafford, Ndamukong Suh in back to back to back drafts, but had to pay them so much they couldn't put anything around them.  You have those guys on what rookie slot contracts are now, even for top 5 guys, you can actually afford to build around them under the cap
