There's no way Texas is that bad.

I stand corrected.

That didn't age well.
every time I want to believe in Penn State like a moron I forget that James Franklin is their head coach and that Drew Allar actually sucks.

He doesn't suck, he just isn't living up to expectations.  Plus, I'd argue that his best attribute is scrambling.

THAT'S NOT A GOOD THING.  IT'S NOT TRUE OF ELITE QBS.

Are they very effective on called QB runs?  Great.
Are they adept at making the right decision and being able to get good yardage on RPOs?  Fantastic.
Is scrambling well a useful asset?  Sure.

But if it's the thing you do best....you're not an elite QB.  Elite athlete?  Fair.  But not an elite QB, sorry.

Yeah, I think I'd agree with this premise.

I think one might make the argument that Johnny Manziel's best attribute was scrambling as well. And he's not an elite QB. He was fool's gold.

I remember one of the things that made Drew Brees so dangerous in college was scrambling. He wasn't in ANY sense a "running QB", but making good decisions about when to pull the ball down and run, and being athletic enough to pull it off, was an added element to his game.

But it was not, EVER, something that anyone would have called his best attribute. He was an elite thrower of the football.

nah, he's ass.

And he's not even that great at scrambling. He's big and clumsy and slow. He's not quick twitch or juiced up or fast. He looks like a baby deer trying to learn how to walk or a retard trying to fuck when he runs.

He is just bad all the way around. He's got a strong arm and can make some deep shots when he has a clean pocket- but everything else about him and his game is just....barf.

Pete Flintbum is a joke.

for years when Jeem was at Michigan he trashed Jeem 24/7 and sucked Franklin off like no other talking about how great a coach Franklin was.

this retard was the one saying Arch was going to be the Heisman winner, #1 overall pick, and the best college QB the SEC has seen since Tim Tebow....and....now he's acting like it was everyone else slurping off Arch and not him as the #1 fellator sucking Arch off on the Arch bandwagon.
