9s and 12s have always overproduced though.

Feels like shitting on winners while championing mediocre teams from power conferences is a real losing position today
Huh. Seems like a mediocre team from a power conference just won over a winner...

Well to be fair, he said that on 3/19, which is not "today."

Anyway, gotta smile at today's results...

One thing I find interesting about convos about excluding smaller leagues, is if such a thing were to happen, would there really be much reason to stay at 64?

Not at all. But they will never contract. So we are destined for the most boring regular season followed by the most boring tourney format. All for the greater good.

The WAC and Atlantic Sun are merging in such a way that they keep both of their auto bids.

That'll make some heads spin.

After church I'm driving out to the San Diego State campus with my ticket for today's Tournament game(s). $305 for a ticket sounds like a lot until realizing I'm getting two prime games - Kansas Vs St Johns & Arizona Vs Utah State. For the number of college basketball games I've attended over the years, none have been Tournament games, so today qualifies as a "Bucket List Day."

Purdue G CJ Cox just had a non-contact knee injury coming down from a Euro step on a fast break... Went down in serious pain.

Walked off under his own power to the locker room, but I don't like the look of that one.

Iowa's leading rebounder averages 4.7 rpg.  Our center averages 4.0 offensive rpg.  Have fun with that.
