I don't see it as that big of a deal.  Historically #11's win the 6/11 match-up 38.75% of the time so roughly twice in five attempts.  That is just as good as #10's and the #12's are almost as good at 35.63% which is still better than one out of three.  

To me anyway, upsets don't really get my attention until you get to the 4/13, 3/14, 2/15 and 1/16 levels.  

Upsets (by seed) so far:

• #12 High Point over #5 Wisconsin - 12 over 5 happens a little better than 1/3 of the time.  
• #11 VCU over #6 UNC and #11 Texas over #6 BYU - 11 over 6 happens roughly 40% of the time.  
• #10 aTm over #7 St. Mary's - 10 over 7 happens roughly 40% of the time.  
• #9 TCU over #8 tOSU and #9 St. Louis over #8 UGA - 9 over 8 actually happens MORE than 50% of the time.  #9's are 84-76 in the first round.  

I don't think I'm missing any.

WCC Regular Season Championship.  Granted it was a co-Championship but they split with Gonzaga (both won at home) and also lost at Santa Clara while Gonzaga had the split with St. Mary's and also lost at Portland.

Wildcats roll Vs their 16-seed matchup to move ahead to Sunday Vs the winner of Utah State & Villanova tipping off next. Went ahead and bought my ticket to see Sunday's game now that Arizona has advanced. Turns out when you by a Tournament ticket, the first two rounds are sold in two-game sessions. Meaning Sunday's ticket will also get me into the other 2nd Round game hosted in San Diego - a potential #4 Kansas Vs #5 St. Johns matchup.
