Woke up at 5am, mad at the world, thinking I'd woken up 20 min before my alarm went off.....about 10 seconds later, realized it was Saturday, lol.
Working on orders for Whoa Nellie, not sure what I'm doing food-wise today.
Last night, went to a good pizza place for a friend's 35th birthday.  Got rained on some, but the table umbrellas were big and it was a special little time for Phoenix.

Beef with broccoli done. Egg Foo Young is all mixed up and ready to cook.

Going to start working on the sticky ribs now.

Also decided to do some sticky wings. Why not?

Indeed it was. 

Unfortunately these morning games mean that there is more setup and teardown time than actual usage.

Oh wow, Bama-Texas is at noon....didn't know that.

I had some cheesecake for breakfast.  I got some ground beef I need to use today, got some salsa....prob go buy some tortilla chips and have a beefy salsa dip for the initial games.  It's a nice, hearty snack.

For those, toward the end we started to do a lighter breakfast or even eat at the hotel. Then we'd do our meal afterward while watching other games. It worked out well.

Speaking of the old days... 

You do know Ol' Joe and Gary are no longer with us? I have no idea what the others are doing these days for tailgating.

I do know that Gary passed right before COVID happened, and I think I remember you telling me about Ol Joe. He loved his Old Style. 

I don't know what that lot looks like nowadays, either. I haven't been to the Camp since 2014. I think it was after going to road wins at Ann Arbor and Lincoln.
