Gilmore had an eye to spot talent, i.e. Cephus, who had only a basketball offer when UW rolled in and offered.
Maybe Whitted can up the ante by bringing in some known talent, beating other big schools along the way. We'll see.
Tell ya what though, I'd take a Cephus every year and not complain one bit.
