DeMario McCall and Steele Chambers are the only two healthy RBs this Spring.

(yes, I'm quite sure that I misspelled both of their names.)
Run DMC,really don't know what happened there.Had a decent freshman season and showed big play potential - speed/moves.People have mentioned attitude, hopefully better late than never

The kid they picked up from Cincinnati area high school, nicknamed “fat boy “probably shouldn’t be called that Anymore.

Also it will be interesting to see what steel chambers brings to the table given that he had offers from every major school including Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Notre Dame, LSU, Auburn, etc.

OSU is obviously one program that will have elite skill level players routinely no matter who they lose with few exceptions.  Even a "decent" RB should do well at OSU if he doesn't fumble much.  Their season probably hinges on the Penn State game, but going 11-1 is still good enough so long as PSU loses two of course (if that is their one).

Maybe they stumble vs MSU or something, that shouldn't really matter.

Will they find another "game changer" on defense?  Maybe.

Another thought is the transfer portal - what happens if the NCAA passes the transfer rule this spring?  If Teague is done for the year then OSU is pretty thin at RB and I imagine would look pretty attractive to a few guys at other programs.  Was listening to The Athletics' OSU podcast and they mentioned Jaret Patterson (Buffalo RB) who ran for 1800 yards as the type of guy who might just up and go if an opportunity came along.  Interesting to ponder...

Yes, I think a good RB at a lesser program would leap at such a shot, even if he would share the load (or because of that).

Unfortunately my guess is that he missed his chance to be the guy.  He'll probably just be buried on the depth chart for the rest of his career.

Governor of Oregon suggesting any spring events with crowds be modified or cancelled through September. Bucks scheduled to play at Oregon September 12.
