Will Jackson III, a 6-foot-3, 192-pound player from Mesa (Ariz.) Community College announced his verbal pledge via Twitter.

The Huskers continue to make recruiting noise in early June with the announced commitment on Wednesday of linebacker Jackson Hannah, who told Husker247 he will play inside linebacker at Nebraska.

"Everything just clicked ... The academics is there, the football is there, the conference is there. I just felt at home. It's something I really can't describe," Hannah said shortly after breaking the news.

The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Hannah comes from Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, and picked NU over a reported offer list that included Ole Miss, Arkansas, Florida, Oregon, South Carolina, Wisconsin, LSU, Cal, Duke, Mississippi State, Memphis, North Carolina, Louisville, Vanderbilt and Purdue.

MSU adds 3* OT Damon Kaylor from Indiana over Virginia, Vandy, IU and BC. Wisconsin had been poking around but hadn't offered.  I like the caliber of academic schools looking at him, and it's nice to get him in the fold as the #2 OT in the class before UW decided they wanted to be more involved.

UW is waiting on a kid from Minnesota, and possibly a kid from Illinois. There are also a few they have in the pipeline from Wisconsin (duh).

They have Brown and Tippman on board now. Just looking to add to those at this point. The STARZ don't matter with UW though. 

If they like a kid they will take him, and turn him into a 1st round pick.

UW picked up Dean Engram this morning - son of Bobby Engram.

Final three were VT, PSU and UW. I don't think PSU really wanted him though.

Probably gonna be a corner in Madison.
