So between MN, IA, WI, NW, Pur & NE I could see the six of them going 3-3 against each other which makes their crossover schedules that much more important.
I doubt that they will all go 3-3 against each other because even if they are all relatively equal the schedules are not. Well, that and the fact that you listed six teams which equals five games each which means 3-2 or 2-3 are mathematical possibilities but not 3-3.
At this point, I think that Wisconsin is the team to beat due to schedule if nothing else. They host Iowa, Northwestern, and Purdue and travel to Minnesota and Nebraska.
Games among the six teams that you listed and their crossovers:
- Nebraska: Hosts three (IA, UW, NU), visits two (MN, PU); visits UMD, hosts tOSU and IU
- Wisconsin: Hosts three (IA, NU, PU), visits two (MN, UNL); visits tOSU, hosts M and MSU
- Northwestern: Hosts three (IA, MN, PU), visits two (UW, UNL); visits IU, hosts tOSU and MSU
- Purdue: Hosts two (MN, UNL), visits three (IA, UW, NU); visits PSU, hosts IU and UMD
- Iowa: Hosts two (MN, PU), visits three (UW, NU, UNL); visits M, hosts PSU and RU
- Minnesota: Hosts two (UW, UNL), visits three (IA, NU, PU); visits RU, hosts PSU and UMD
