The law has nothing to do with why I'd have already dismissed him.  A guy who would send a video of an assault to the victim is nobody I'd want anywhere near my team.
Yep, and more questions should have been asked (if they weren't) back when the school was first notified.

agree.   My only point in mentioning it is if she wasn't in California, I'm not sure this ever is known.   We'd have no clue that he held onto a video for years with the purpose to harm her further.   We'd be oblivious.

I am disappointed in UNL at this moment.   At a minimum they know what we know..

Nebraska is expected to hire Tony Tuioti to its staff to replace Mike Dawson as the D-line coach, according to sources at Cal, where Tuioti has been serving as the D-line coach.

Tuioti has spent the past two seasons at Cal after serving as the director of player personnel at Michigan in 2016, where he headed the Wolverines' recruiting department. He coached the defensive line for the Golden Bears this past year after being in charge of the outside backers in 2017.

Looking for tickets for Nebraska’s road trip to Boulder and I shouldn’t be surprised they’re starting at $200 on the secondary market.

A higher voter turnout for the 2019 Association of Students of the University of Nebraska voted to keep the balloon release at Husker home football games, and ban plastic bags.

The election saw a jump in turnout, with 16.4 percent of the student body turning out to constitute a nearly 5 percentage point increase from 2018’s 11.4 percent turnout.

This year’s election also posed two environment-related questions; the first about banning plastic bags on campus and the second to gauge interest about ending the balloon release at Husker football games.

A majority of voters voted yes to banning plastic bags on campus. Voters voted no to ending the balloon release, with a close decision of 51.9 percent indicating they wanted to keep the tradition.

this week in History................

1964: The Nebraska-Minnesota game is selected for an NBC national broadcast. It is one of only four games involving Big Eight schools to be chosen for regional or national telecasts.
