The tiers, for review are:

- IA, tOSU, RU, PU, MN, IU, M
- blank
- UNL, NU
Upsets so far have been:

We had two upsets this weekend with Maryland and Iowa winning in East Lansing and Minneapolis respectively so here are the updated projected final standings/BTT seeds:
- 17-3/27-4 Maryland
- 14-6/24-7 Penn State
- 12-8/20-11 Michigan State
- 12-8/21-10 Iowa
- 12-8/20-11 Illinois
- 12-8/19-12 Wisconsin
- 10-10/20-11 Ohio State
- 10-10/19-12 Rutgers
- 10-10/17-14 Purdue
- 9-11/15-15 Minnesota
- 9-11/18-13 Michigan
- 9-11/19-12 Indiana
- 2-17/8-23 Nebraska
- 1-19/6-24 Northwestern
The tiebreakers are:
For the four-way tie at 12-8 for 3rd/4th/5th/6th, the first tiebreaker is H2H2H2H:
- 4-1 MSU, no game in Iowa City, upset win at IL
- 2-2 Iowa, no game in Madison, does not host MSU
- 2-3 IL, does not host UW, upset home loss to MSU
- 1-3 UW, no game in Champaign, does not host IA, lost at home to IL
For the three-way tie at 10-10 for 7th/8th/9th, the first tiebreaker is H2H2H:
- 2-0 tOSU, no games in Picastaway or West Lafayette
- 1-2 PU and RU, neither hosts tOSU
Thus, PU and RU move on to record against the best team, then the next, etc:
- Both are projected to go 0-season against 17-3 UMD
- Against 14-6 PSU: RU is projected to go 1-1 (already won at home, projected loss on the road). PU is 0-1 with a home loss and no road game.
For the three-way tie at 9-11 for 10th/11th/12th, the first tiebreaker is H2H2H:
- 2-1 MN, no game in Ann Arbor
- 1-1 M, no game in Bloomington, does not host MN
- 1-2 IU, does not host Michigan

MY USUAL WARNING:
This is all EXTREMELY fluid due to the bunching of teams in the vicinity of .500. Any upset involving any of the 10 teams projected to finish between 12-8 and 9-11 would impact at least five teams and potentially result in a major revision of the projected BTT seeds.
