Really annoyed Moose booted that ball, I thought Chacin could've finished that 6th.     JJ pitching like JJ (again).

For anyone still doubting the postseason is a 50/50 toss-up:

Orlando Arcia has 3 postseason HR this year.
Orlando Arcia had 3 HR all this season.

You cannot build a team for the postseason.  The short-series outcomes are about 99% random.  They might as well roll dice to determine the winners.

as long as a dice roll eliminates the Dodgers, I'm happy

Finally, some drama in this postseason other than Manny being an asshole.

Started with a bang with that first NL Wildcard Game, and has been a big dud since.

I thought Counsell managed to play a losing hand as well as he could.    Hard to win a best of 7 when you score 4 runs in the three of the games.   The staff/pen held the Dodgers offense down pretty well all things considered.    The Brewers bench, not a offensive strength by any means, was not present.   Jeffress the glaring problem in the postseason.    I thought the Brewers could win this series in 5 or 6, but not 7.  Game 2, 8th inning, sowed the seeds for that.

I'm sure this isn't the first time it has happened but interesting that both managers for these WS teams are former players for their opponents team as Roberts played for the Red Sox for part of the 2004 season and Cora was a Dodger from 1998-2004 (and teammate with Roberts for part of that time).

ESPN says it’s the first time it’s happened.

I’m reeeally not a fan of this HR-or-K style of baseball.  It’s worse in the postseason bc you’re getting fireballing relievers six innings per game.
