Yesterday a rep from the Maryland's athletic department called me to gauge interest in buying tickets for the '18 season. Somehow I knew the Maryland schedule so I was able to work out which game I might make it to. That's the furthest out a rep from any kind of team sport has called about tickets. They aren't even on sale yet and there are other conferences that haven't finalized schedules, but in a good way it got me thinking about what other trips I might take to round out the usually 4 or 5 games I attend every fall.
