2017 Big Ten Pick'em Game, Week ELEVEN

NOTE: Due to my absence last week and the late posting of the game, we will not be counting last week's picks in the overall standings.

I’m (sadly) back from my time away and here to post week 11 (ELEVEN!) games for the pick’em.



The rules will be the same as on the old board with respect to tiebreakers and such. As per the norm there, we will only be doing Saturday games (F U Jim Delany) because that’s when college football is played. Picks must be in by 10:59AM Central on game day. Picks submitted or edited after this time will not be accepted.



We will eliminate everyone’s worst week at the end of the season and set up a tiebreaker if necessary.



PLEASE do not copy/paste your picks into this list. Just type out your winners in the order they appear to make it easier to tally the points. Much appreciated!!

Some difficult games to pick on this list. I hate to pick Iowa over Wisconsin, but neither of these teams are intimidated by the others' venue; Wisconsin has been feasting on dessert cookies all season. I think Wisconsin is good, but they aren't Alabama.

Purdue at Northwestern is another one -- I just think Northwestern's good fortune is about to end. Uh -- oops!

Notre Dame, Wyoming, and SMU . . . pure guess work.

It was not posted until the Friday before, and before then I had posted a message that there would not be a game that week due to a lack of time on my part. This made a few people not play, which is not right.

guys, sorry for causing a problem. just tried to give people a chance to play a game. had too many good games not to try.

dropping last week is fine. i don't have an issue with it. i wish i'd have seen that badger couldn't post it earlier, and i would have posted sooner, so i understand why some missed it.

however, 10 of the 14 people that voted in prior weeks (9) also played in last weeks (10), so i don't see it as a big deal to count it either, especially since we're dropping a week either way.

badgers call, and sounds like he's made it, so no fuss from me.

We need asterisks as in MLB for the 162 game seasons vs. the 156 game season. And, the steroid seasons, vs. the non-steroid seasons. I am the 162-game guy, and the guy who was alert. I think I would have benefited from visiting the board and being alert. No problem. Can you do both? :0)
