Penn State stays number one for me until someone proves otherwise.   Best QB/RB combo, most momentum, and defending champs.   I like these guys this year- a lot.

They're playing with a real chip on their shoulder this season which will propel them to another Big 10 title...while kicking the tar out of Pitt.

I think on this board, at least for now, you may need to lower your voting expectations.  Some of the summer votes only got like 2 or 3 votes.

Seems like more peeps are showing up lately. It will improve.

And being from Chicago (ugh), don't I get to vote early and often?

Interesting that Iowa is ahead of NW in the computers.  I think we talked about this before though.  Early in a season, computers will use last year's data as part of its analysis.
But I am not sure what data computers are using in a pre-season poll.  Is it a combo of last year's data and what?  #Starters returning?  I have no idea.  Just shows pre-season computer rankings are probably just as meaningless as pre-season human polls.
