Yep, it was frustrating watching the force feed.  Easily the worst called game since Eastern Michigan.  The TEs should have been targeted more as well.  MSU defense played lights out, so credit there (although I have to agree with everyone over the years that complain about MSU DBs holding opposing WRs).

Also a terrible defensive strategy against MSU.  Giving their WRs cushions with a 4 man rush against a new QB.  At least Holt admitted it was a bad plan.

I think star power showed a bit last game as well.  Purdue didn't have enough playmakers on defense, and the OL was overmatched.

Purdue beat Iowa, on its home field, fair and square, notwithstanding Ferentz's post-game comments.

Kirk didn't really say too much.  His comments don't bother me.

Frustrated with the pass interference late in the game.  Probably best to just not bring it up, but no big deal.

From the replays I thought the PI was justified.  Obviously was grabbing and holding the jersey/shoulder pad. with little effort by the DB to go for the ball.  Subjective
