Making my first trip to Ohio Stadium this Saturday. Any parking/food tips from the resident buckeye fans I need to know?
Are you leaving right after or sticking around for a while?
If you want to get in/out quickly I recommend parking at the Ohio State Fairgrounds and taking the bus.  The cost is reasonable and you get in/out probably quicker than you would otherwise but the buses only run for a few hours after the game ends so this does not work if you plan to stay a while.
If you are coming from the North, the best parking for you is probably off of Ackerman Rd near the intersection of Ackerman and Fred Taylor:
  • Take US 23 or 33 to I270
  • Take I270 to SR 315 South
  • Take SR 315 South to Ackerman Rd.
  • Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp and drive a short distance to Fred Taylor Dr.
  • Fred Taylor goes to the Right (toward the BB arena and beyond that the Shoe) but there is also parking here to the Left.  Either way works.

Tuf has been a pin your ears back attack the QB/RB type linebacker. Have we seen him in pass protect?

no, but does it matter? regular LBs aren't good in passing downs, or running downs for that matter

When they tear down St John Arena they should put about a twenty story parking garage in it's place.
But they won't.

Do not take your car if it has Michigan plates and/or Sparty bumper stickers, etc.

All of my car magnets got stolen in Columbus, and a little key job happened too on my hood. Shame on me for not removing the magnets when we left the car.

Love the idea of taking a bus for easy in and easy out. will look into that for sure

The buses are probably pretty packed. You'd be lucky to find standing room.

Not to mention that getting on the bus would be more of a free for all than a single file line.

Personally I'd elect to hoof it from either of those locations as both are only a mile or so from the Stadium. But that's just me.
