Bellino is the lowest drafted Heisman winner in history (not to be broken assuming the NFL never goes back to a 19rd draft again.  He was in the 17th round, since he had five years in the Navy).

agree.. Frazier was robbed, but Eddie was a special RB.

Buckley was the next Deion in college.  He didn't pan out in the NFL, but that's irrelevant here.  Punt return TDs, 12 Int in one season, and did a job on Desmond Howard when FSU spanked the Wolverines in '91.
