Didn't catch OSU.  Probably wouldn't tell me much anyway.  Arch looked better against a cupcake than he looked last year against cupcakes.  Also doesn't tell me much, except that I still think he had some kind of injury last year, that he's over now.  For a couple of reasons, I don't buy the "He was just inexperienced, nervous, and short-armed a bunch of throws last year."  

They both blew out overmatched teams the way a good team should, so I understand the close spread.  Still, don't know enough about either team yet to have much of an opinion.  

And of course, I don't know their rosters at all, because, why bother anymore?

Weather outlook?

High of 96 and sunny throughout the day.  My guess is around 93 at kickoff at 6:30, field will be entirely shaded at that point.  It'll still be 86-88 when the game is over.  They're saying there's a 35% chance of rain in the evening, 35% in Austin means it won't rain at all.

So hard to tell what a team is after one game, especially a cupcake.  

at least on paper these rosters seem very even. Based on that, I always go with the Home team.
