Settled Science?

SNIP:

“During the last hundred years the temperature increased about 0.1°C because of carbon dioxide. The human contribution was about 0.01°C”, the Finnish researchers bluntly state in one among a series of papers.

"This has been collaborated by a team at Kobe University in Japan, which has furthered the Finnish researchers' theory:"

I chuckled at that, from the link.

"“only a small part” of the increased carbon dioxide concentration is anthropogenic, or caused by human activity. "

I would be interested in reading their basis for this.  The technical basis for human activity being primary here is substantial (based on isotope analysis of the CO2 in the air).

This is the lead author of the Finnish paper:

Tero J. Kauppinen is a partner of CDI Global, based in Espoo, Finland.

Tero holds a M.Soc.Sc degree from Helsinki University and a M.Sc degree in Management from California American University. He has also received honorary Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Science in 1988.
Tero has a 30 year long career as a globally active management consultant.
His expertise includes large-scale strategic transformation processes, strategy formulation, structural and management system design, customer interface management and leadership development.

He looks to be about 60 and the site claims he is working on his PhD.

This is a very weak article on which to hang your hopes in my opinion, very weak.  One of the cited articles only happens if we have a magnetic pole reversal (which oddly enough is not beyond the Pale of possibilities).

IF that happens, we COULD experience a significant cooling trend.
