To be honest..... whether it was right, or wrong, is debatable I suppose.

I'm just not interested, and don't really care.

I'm much more interested in rubbing liberals noses into the ground, and giving them their just rewards for decades of being immoral, unjust, unfair, corrupt, anti-American, and totally insufferable.

Treat others as you'd like to be treated.  I say, "You got it, pal."

It's the only way bullies that don't abide by rules, and fairness, will learn.

School is in session...…..

I'm still waiting for an ethical justification for denying Garland a vote by the Senate.

I could respect someone saying, "I know it was wrong, but politics is so dirty that I'm not bothered by it and I'm glad they did it."  At least that would show some moral sanity.  But to believe, as most do in this forum, that the Republicans were right to deny Garland the vote, is a depressing reflection of your basic sense of ethics.
I guess I’m late to the party.  I’ll, of course, echo JG on this one.  An ETHICAL justification is not needed.  As I see it, no justification is needed.  We wield the power to do exactly what is being done and has been done.  I don’t believe for a second that the dems would hesitate to act in the same manner.  Sad but True and I no longer care.

Yes - an honest Republican!

I'm still waiting for you to come clean about the bogus Mueller investigation and the bogus impeachment.   It would be refreshing to hear you, or anyone else on the left, admit that it was dirty politics, but you're okay with it because it's all part of the game.  While you're at it, you could be honest and admit that the Dimokrat party does a great job of leveraging their cozy relationship with the media.

Would that be so hard fuzzy?  Do you have it in you to be honest?

15 times a sitting president has nominated a new SCOTUS in their last year in office....

It helps if the president's party has control of the Senate, but candidates have been confirmed when the opposite party had control of the Senate.

Trump is breaking no Constitutional laws....The liberals are having their 900th breakdown. They will lose.

I have justified the Mueller investigation many times in this forum - you must have been on hiatus.

BTW, it revealed Trump to be a criminal.

and the bogus impeachment.

Anyone denying Trump's QPQ has the intellectual integrity of an OJ juror.

Maybe they should impeach Trump then.  Or something.

The notion that some ethical justification is somehow needed in politics is amusing.

This isn't some new thing, and it's not unique to Republicans.

I'm curious to know what (mis)deeds you have in mind that the Democrats have done en masse (not some rogue Democrat) that you think rises to the level of refusing granting a POTUS nominee for SCOTUS a vote in the Senate.

You lack the intellectual curiosity to look beyond the tortured OPs in the WaPo.  That's why it's so important to you to disparage media that don't toe the line.   It wouldn't be possible for you to stay in your bubble if you gave any credence to reports of the exculpatory evidence regarding Trump or the duplicity of the Obama WH and DOJ.  It never strikes you as odd that The Times and WaPo hardly ever report anything good about Trump or bad about Obama.  To the intellectually lazy, it must be because Trump is a criminal and Obama was a man of the highest integrity.

What was the underlying crime of the investigation that President Trump committed again?

Lisa Murkowski's on board now.  Trump's nominee will get an up or down vote in the Senate, regardless of how much thumb-sucking the Dims do.
