The poor feller is ok with taking Rights away from US citizens through a prism of the “restraining order” process.
Correct.  And you are okay protecting the Rights of US citizens like Cruz, so they can commit mass murder unabated.

President Harry S. Truman said: “The fundamental basis of this nation’s laws was given to Moses on the Mount.  The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings…  If we don't have the proper fundamental moral background, we will finally wind up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the state.”

Fuzz, how many Americans are NRA members? Percentage wise, how many NRA members have committed a mass murder compared to the general public? How many Americans are conceal and carry permit holders? Percentage wise, how many conceal and carry holders have committed mass murder compared to the general public?

5 million.

Percentage wise, how many NRA members have committed a mass murder compared to the general public?

I have no idea, but if there was a way to know how many deaths that have happened due to inadequate gun controls, then I'd like to think it would bring its members shame (assuming any of them have a conscience).

Now that I think about it, I suppose it would be fair to consider the NRA partially responsible for the unnecessary war in Iraq since they got Bush elected by spending millions convincing enough yahoos in Tennessee that Gore would personally come to take their guns away through a huge misinformation campaign.
How many Americans are conceal and carry permit holders?

Who cares?  Are you not smart enough to see how irrelevant that is?

Percentage wise, how many conceal and carry holders have committed mass murder compared to the general public?

Who cares?  If they're funding the NRA, they're complicit in the NRA's actions.  The NRA opposes every sensible attempt to curtail gun violence, including red flag laws or "gun restraining orders."

So you've changed your position on "gun restraining orders?"

Using your logic Fuzz, Chevy and Ford are complicit in all cases involving drunk drivers and vehicular homicide since they manufactured the weapon.

Knife manufacturers are complicit in each homicide involving a knife.

Baseball bat manufacturers are complicit in the homicide of every person beat to death by a bat.

Since almost all democrats and Regressives are pro-choice, you and your brethren are complicit in the abortion/murder of millions of babies through planned parenthood.

Wow Fuzz. This is fun. I had no idea that thinking like an emotional moron Democrat/Regressive could be so much fun. It’s almost like I don’t have to take any responsibility for anything any longer.

If all the domestic car manufacturers formed an organization that successfully lobbied to prevent seatbelts and airbags from being installed in cars to save money while duping its members into believing that "we already have plenty of traffic laws not that aren't being enforced - if we allow them to put seatbelts in cars they'll eventually want to make us wear seatbelts at home in case of earthquakes" then you'd have a great analogy.

You certainly don't ever take any intellectual responsibility for the nonsense you post.

Fuzz continues his support of criminalizing someone without proper judicial procedures as well as regurgitating the flawed talking points if further disarming people. Amazing he continues talking about subjects while admitting his far reaching ignorance on the subject.
