And you "did" or "did not" believe all the accusers?
I believe Ford and don't know about the others, but it doesn't matter if any of them were telling the truth or not.  We know conclusively that Kavanaugh perjured himself.  His lies about Keyser's testimony were not the only ones he told, they're just the most obvious (to me).

That fact cannot be rationally disputed.

Funny!!!!.....Fuzz is desperate for a rational explanation but at least he's funny.
If Fuzz does anymore contortions to explain away the lies of that liberal crackpot he's liable to break his back.
( if the roles were reversed and some conservative woman who had promoted liberal causes all of her life, who doesn't have any witnesses even though there were several kids at this alleged party, doesn't know the dates, doesn't know the location this "assault' took  place he would he would be rolling in the floor laughing and berating us for being so gullible.

You can't can come with a single example of me denying an absolutely indisputable fact, like you're doing here with Kavanaugh.

That's so easy it's laughable....
How about a $25 million investigation that lasted  two years by the the most highly regarded prosecutors in the country ( according to the Democrats) that did not find enough evidence to charge the president and you still deny that Trump is innocent)
Yet you believe a dingbat liberal who has no witnesses or evidence.
You have to be  the most partisan ideologue or the most naive individual to ever post on this board.

Hilarious - maybe you misunderstood my challenge.  You were supposed to find a fact that I'm in denial of - not the other way around.

It's an indisputable fact that the Mueller found that Trump broke the law by ordering multiple subordinates to illegally obstruct justice.

Yet another fact you choose to deny.

Alternate Hypothetical: Trump wins, Dems hold onto the House.

Would the Dems impeach POTUS? Should they?

Ethically, the right thing to do would be to impeach now.  If they don't, it will be because enough of them don't think it's politically advantageous.  It doesn't seem right to me to wait to see if he's re-elected and then decide to impeach.  If we're to believe the Mueller Report, then his crimes are now known, and he should be removed from office (with bi-partisan support).

Our friend Texie has crowed a lot over the years about how Republicans hold one another accountable, but I have a feeling that little fantasy of his will have to permanently be put to rest.

So Kavanaugh committed perjury when he said he couldn't remember an event that the woman herself said she couldn't remember?
No, not then.

As I said before, the most obvious lies he told were when he repeatedly said Keyser, "said it didn't happen."  She said no such thing.  She said she didn't remember it but believed Ford.  Surely a man of your education and legal background can differentiate between denial and non-corroboration.

Surely a distinguished man of your education and professional accomplishment realizes when he's guilty of a diversion.  Absolutely nothing in your linked article changes any of the facts I've stated one iota, although I would relish an opportunity to embarrass you further if you dared suggest otherwise.

Go ahead.

My point is well taken.

Having participated in several thousand lawsuits, I have seen perjury hundreds of times.

This was not perjury.

Go ahead.  My point is well taken.

Your point is non-existent.  You thought you could save face by linking to an irrelevant article alleging that Keyser felt pressured to lie (but didn't).  So she told the truth when she said she didn't remember the party in question, but believed Ford.  Just like I said.

Having participated in several thousand lawsuits, I have seen perjury a hundreds of times.  This was not perjury.

So let's see you argue that when Kavanaugh said that Keyser, " said it didn't happen." that he was not lying.  Let's see you argue that denial and non-corroboration are synonymous.  Roady tried and failed in the immediate aftermath of the trial, but maybe a man who's participated in several thousand lawsuits will have better luck.
