fuzz, this is thread titled "humor"
I recognize that downstream effects of my plastic usage may cause some of that to end up in the ocean. I would certainly like the powers that be to find ways to limit those downstream effects, but I don't know what I can actually do about it at an individual level.
The "humor" point is that because I don't sit there throwing it in the water--despite living pretty darn close--I am saying that it's not my problem.
