When folks start dying, it should become clear that it's not where you gather that matters....

Start dying from what? Worshipping in a wal-mart instead of shopping in a wal-mart?

Start dying from what?

Coronavirus

Worshipping in a wal-mart instead of shopping in a wal-mart?

I shop in grocery stores on a regular basis, including WalMart and that doesn't appear to be similar to any kind of shopping I've seen.  I try to avoid walking close to people where possible and I'm certainly not singing, which only increase the volume of all particles, including CV19, coming from your mouth.

And, unless the US is going to go "China" on all of us, and start delivering food so grocery stores can be closed, it seems to me that one of these things is essential while the other is not.

If they had been rioting they would have been safe, don't you know
President Harry S. Truman said: “The fundamental basis of this nation’s laws was given to Moses on the Mount.  The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings…  If we don't have the proper fundamental moral background, we will finally wind up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the state.”

I highly doubt that their leftist governors would actually have the cajones to enforce the rule, with a black church.

They'd've likely received the "mosque exemption."

The last Supreme Court decision was stupid - which limits casinos to 25% capacity while churches are limited to 50 people.  How does that work?

If the capacity of the church is 100, then it can operate at 50% capacity but if the capacity of the church is 1,000 people, it can operate at 5% capacity.

Zero understanding of proportionality.  Surely judges understand basic math?  Just dumb.

At this point, I'm not certain that judges understand either the U.S. Constitution or law anymore.

In Nevada the bars are closed, but the brothels are open.

I assume they have to keep the gang bangs to 5 or less?

Scorned Governor Punishes Casino That Helped Christians Fight Lockdown Order

SNIP:
However, a viral video has appeared on the internet that shows the group “Evangelicals For Trump” holding a worship service in a casino.

The place was packed however was in compliance with the guidelines because the event took place inside a casino that was operating at 50% capacity.

The scorned governor ensured the hotel was fined a whopping $250 civil penalty, but will not lose any licenses.
