How many are going to see Chappaquiddick - the story about an idealistic, confused young man who understandably panicked when he found himself in a bad situation, only to be villified by rightwing news?

I'm not a big fan of this genre - I didn't want to see Oliver Stone's JFK either (although I ended up seeing it - don't remember why).

I saw an ad, or maybe an article somewhere, about this movie saying something like, "we'll never fully know what really happened, but..." casting doubt on the actual facts of the story.  I got a chuckle knowing how outraged my friends on A51 would be to read that.  Of course, there's no ambiguity in their lives.  They know everything!

No Fuzz, conservatives don’t claim to know everything. We don’t call ourselves “enlightened” like the far Left Loons do. Enlightened by what I’m not sure.
But, back to the topic at hand. What we know about your hero Ted Kennedy is that he was one of the biggest POS’s to ever be elected to the Senate and that’s saying a lot because their have been many POS’s in the Senate. Some have been RINO’s but most have been far Left Loons.

Oh here we go.   Now the spin is that "we'll never fully know what really happened".   I wondered how you'd spin this.  You are one loyal partisan, I have to give you that.  Of course, you never forget your favorite line about outraged conservatives, LOL.

I will say that injustice makes conservatives angry, whereas the truth makes liberals angry.

It goes to show democrats thought the Kennedys were some kind of royalty and many still do.

Look how the press protected JFK with all his whoring around and Teddy got away with murder.
If everyone is thinking alike then somebody isn't thinking.

I got sick when I heard MSM refer to him once as ''The Moral Lion of the Democratic Party""
President Harry S. Truman said: “The fundamental basis of this nation’s laws was given to Moses on the Mount.  The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings…  If we don't have the proper fundamental moral background, we will finally wind up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the state.”
