I think most Americans get their news from wherever is most comfortable for them.  The eschew the rest as "fake news" or biased.  The hear what they want to hear.

As for the rest ...

57 Senators voted to convict.

An absolute travesty.  A disgrace.

They should all be horsewhipped.

And then impeached themselves.  And barred from ever holding office again.

I don't quite understand McConnell's approach to outright say Trump is more or less guilty of everything, but acquit him anyway and go with the dubious theory they didn't have jurisdiction. Seems the worst of both worlds.

Open an investigation into the fraudulent senate vote. If you just count legal votes, Trump was convicted.
I rate that

I think what you will see is Trump will be brought into court on some fake charges.  Maybe income taxes or something.  They will get it in a democrat friendly court with a Democrat judge and convict him.  It will be as big or bigger joke than this impeachmentmlm. This is what they do in third world countries.  Either kill (may be in our future) or jail the opposition.

You can't possibly believe Ted Cruz is a real senator

I believe Ted Cruz is a US Senator, yes I do.

So, is Bernie Sanders, which I find remarkable as well.

Chuck Schumer?  He's the best we can do?  Mitch McConnell?

See the problem here?  We elect ... well, folks like these.

Maybe he was swayed by Trump's lawyers, who destroyed the prosecution case....
