Wide left, and wide right are part of the FSU lexicon. Déjà vu all over again.

FSU has had poor O-Line play for at least 4-past seasons, and they have poor O-Line play again this year!

Using a QB, and RB with really quick feet helps overcome some O-Line issues, but the answer to poor O-Line play is hiring better coaching, and recruiting better linemen. FSU needs to start recruiting the interior linemen Wisconsin recruits.

Fun game to watch. Wish the result had been better.

I stopped watching when the Domers had a ten point lead and appeared to be ready to run away with it.

Actually, I did just what you did. I took a walk with my wife. Then I went down to work at my office and turned on the game and it had gone within minutes from a 10-point ND lead, and it was OT.
I had the privilege of watching the bull rush by ND on FSU's QB who appeared to fumble, and recover about 10-yards back of the line of scrimmage. The kicker put it through from 50-yards. But a split second b-4 he did, FSU challenged the previous call on the field and claimed it was a forward pass, not a fumble. And it was a forward pass. So the ball moved upfield, and the FSU kicker was now at a complete different angle, having to do a kick to the left with his right leg from about 37-yards, and it was wide-left.
Disappointing result, but one difference between FSU which has usually been far better athletically than my other school (Iowa), is that FSU usually has poor kicker, and have lost down the stretch.
Iowa on the other hand has had a lot of good moments, at game end, and a lot of them involved kickers.
